Registration Process

The registration for this years tournament is now closed but you can still donate via our registration form, accessed by clicking the button below.

Each team will also be registered with CanadaHelps.org and we hope that you use this to help raise additional funds.

Fundraising Prizes

Many people - friends, family, neighbours and coworkers - have had their lives touched in one way or another by Childhood Cancer. By setting up a team site with CanadaHelps.org you can give them an opportunity to donate towards this cause. There will be a presentation and prizes kindly donated by our sponsors for the top fundraisers for this tournament.

Top team that raises the most pledges: Eight tickets for an MLS Whitecaps match of your choice + Signed Whitecaps Ball

Second place team to raise the most pledges: Signed Whitecaps Mini-Ball for each team member (max eight)

Team Captains Meeting

A Team Captains meeting will be held two weeks before the event - please ensure that you or a delegate is able to attend. The schedule for your team will be decided and given to you at this meeting and we will also review any key items for the upcoming event.

It is also a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow players in a social occasion prior to the game taking place the following weekend. These are always fun and shouldn't be missed!
